MEETING CANCELED

The April 4 meeting of the Livonia Town Board has been canceled. The only Town Board meeting in April will be Thursday, April 18, 2013.

LEGAL NOTICE
PASSAGE OF LOCAL LAW

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Livonia Livingston County, New York on February 7, 2013 said board passed Local Law #1-2013, a local law to amend and supersede as applicable Chapters 76 and 150 of the Code of the Town of Livonia, Livingston County, NY, and to modify various definitions and substantive provisions throughout Chapter 76 and Chapter 150.

NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that this action is considered a Type 1 action under SEQR. The Town Board, as lead agent, completed the long form EAF and made a negative declaration. A copy of the Full Environmental Assessment Form is on file with the Livonia Town Clerk and may be examined during regular business hours.
