FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL-NOTICE OF COMPLETION

Pursuant to Section 516, NYS Real Property Tax Law, the Sole Assessor, Town of Livonia County
of Livingston, NY has completed the current year’s Final Assessment roll, and a certified copy
thereof will be filed by July 1, 2022 with the Office of the Town Clerk for public inspection. Said
copy is available for public inspection at the Town Hall located at 35 Commercial St during
regular business hours. Said hours may be obtained by calling 585-346-6200.

SMALL CLAIMS REVIEW-THE FILING OF PETITIONS

Pursuant to Section 730, NYS Real Property Tax Law, petitions for review of certain qualifying
property assessments through Small Claims Procedures may be obtained from the Livingston
County Clerk’s Office. Such petitions shall be filed within thirty (30) days after completion and
filing of the Final Assessment Roll. Detailed filing instructions are contained in the petition form,
to include eligibility and pre-requisite requirements.

The above notice will be published in the Town’s Official newspaper and posted at the Town
Hall.
