Reservation Instructions

The following park pavilions are available to rent:

• Community Park - Doug Welch Pavilion​

• Bowen Park - Pavilion

Step 1: Using the calendar below to determine the availability of each park pavilion for a specific day. Note that a park pavilion is not available if marked as [RESERVED].

Step 2: Contact the Village Office at 585-346-3100 to reserve a park pavilion for a specific day. The cost of a reservation is $50. Note that the park pavilion will not be reserved until payment is received.​​​

Step 3: Download and Complete the Park Guidelines and Agreement and submit this form with your payment.
